Shipping

Order Times

Excluding weekends and holidays, order time is generally 1 business day for all shipments, unless the item is on pre-order or back ordered. Orders received after 12:00pm EST are not processed and shipped until the next business day. Shipments within the USA generally arrive 5 -7 days from date of order.  International orders usually arrive in 7-10 business days depending on location. We also offer expedited international shipping options at a higher rate. Check out what your options are during your checkout process. If you have any questions about your shipping rate or available options, please submit your question before placing your order.

USA Shipping

Shipped from our warehouse in Plymouth, MA. Your order will typically be shipped via USPS. Larger size orders will be shipped via UPS. Specific shipping service will be automatically chosen by our system when your order is processed depending on the size/weight of your order. If you prefer or require a specific carrier, we will attempt to accommodate. Please send us a note to help@harbormastertoys.com before completing your order.

International Shipping

Due to import duties and local taxes our products are priced differently around the world. Therefore, we cannot offer free shipping which would undercut our local resellers. To avoid paying for shipping, we encourage you to buy from a Harbormaster Toy Company retailer in your area. Check out our Store Locator.

Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are subject to local duties, taxes, and fees which you are responsible for paying - your orders are without sales-tax or VAT. If you refuse delivery, your package will be abandoned. If this occurs, we cannot ship another package to you or issue a refund. Providing your correct shipping address is very important. An incorrect address and package sent back will incur shipping charges back to the USA on your account. If your parcel is unclaimed and / or you have not answered our emails, it could be sent back, or abandoned at destination. In which case would not be able to resend your order nor refund you.

Product Tracking

You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For USPS and UPS tracking will show up to delivery destination. For USPS, tracking only shows up leaving the USA and it will then enter each country's respective tracking system. You will have to inquire with your local postal carrier on status of delivery. We cannot offer refunds for a lost package once tracking shows it left the USA. We do not have the ability to provide insurance for the parcels, please consider this when placing orders - especially with shipping via USPS. Returned Shipment

If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout, we are not responsible for the shipping charges to resend your order. We can either refund your order minus the original shipping cost or we can send you a payment link to cover the shipping charges to resend the items.
